Eden Vegetarian Café uses almost entirely organic ingredients, from over 15 local growers, whenever possible. "World Vegetarian Flavors" best describes their cuisine. Lunch features an ever-changing array of bean and vegetable burgers, hot and cold noodle bowls and excellent salads. Dinner features a grilled Tofu Bento Box, Dahl and housemade chapati, and warm spinach salad with smoked dulse vinaigrette.
Eden Vegetarian Café is chef-owned, and every detail is attended to, from fresh cut flowers in the bathrooms, to the sparkling stained glass and wooden bar crafted by the owners. A sliver of Frenchman's Bay can be seen from window tables, and the dining room offers a clean, airy, casual atmosphere. Dinner only; closed Sunday.
