Former superyacht chef Bruno Lépicier runs this highly successful specialist provisioning company, from a ‘showroom’ shop in the center of Antibes. They have direct contact with the best local suppliers and with Rungis whole market, the largest in Europe, and can get basically anything, including a large choice of delicatessen and fine wines. They organize food and wine tastings in their store and have a wonderful display of ‘fine épicerie’, avant garde products such as‘El Bulli’ molecular food and fine wines.
