Design and engineering department equipped with the most up to date programs in CAD (CATIA V5) and CAM. Workforce of more than 40 employees, including qualified project managers who supervise quality, trade standards and certification requirements.
Facilities include: the use of La Ciotat port infrastructure, including 1500m of quay, with 11 m draft, several lifts with a capacity up to 2000t and a 350m dry dock. Plus over 10,000 m2 floor space including workshops; a 50 m long composite clean room; covered and secured sheds; overhead gantries and avant-garde equipment such as 5 axis digital machining center & digital machine tools allowing them to realize huge moulds. Undercover storage and several offices with free internet access can be used by Captains.
