Hippie Markets

Another tradition that has survived since the 70’s Hippie movement are the markets that sprung up around the island selling all sorts of things eastern, tie died, bangles etc. They have adapted to today’s spiritual hedonistic tastes and fashions - and are a bit more pricey
as well!
The biggest Markets are on Wednesday in Es Caná and on Saturday in San Carlos.
There is a night market at Las Dalias on a Monday and in San Carlos on Wednesday.
