Part and service center of Couach group, the well known customized yacht builder and after-sales service base for Palmer & Johnson and Heesen Yachts. Offering maintenance, repair and extensive refit of wooden, steel, aluminum and composite yachts up to 50m and 4m draft. In-house mechanical engineering on all types of engines, hydraulics, electricity, joinery, steel and aluminum piping and boilermaking services. Specialize in hull and flybridge extensions, stabiliser installations and class survey. Workforce of 43 technicians, plus all the project managers are ex-captains or marine engineers. Personalized, tailor-made service for each and every project. On site design office. Full range of concierge services.
Facilities include: 320 ton Travel Lift, 250m concrete pier (with water and 3 phase power up to 150Amps), Wi-Fi, 13,000sq m space for yachts, 5,4000sq m covered shed and 2,400m2 of workshops. Painting shed for yachts up to 28m, ship chandlery / parts sourcing department, storage facilities for customers, ‘state of the art’ painting booth for varnish and small pieces. Premises guarded 24/7.
