Le Bilboquet (Chez Jean-Jean)
An institution in Corsica located in a very quiet part of the old town! Only serve local lobsters, prepared in different ways, and the pasta with lobster is ‘to die for’! Long time favorite restaurant of the political and jet set ‘who’s who’. The dining room walls are covered with photos of movie stars, French presidents and ministers who are regulars. Owner Jean-Jean is a local figure and couldn't be more welcoming. Beautiful outdoor shady terrace.
