The center of town is accessible within a 10 minute walk. The whole facility has an excellent reputation for the professionalism of the services provided and its clear understanding of boaters’ needs. U.S. Customs and Immigration formalities can be organized on site. Portland Yacht Services' owners - circumnavigators Joanna and Phineas Sprague Jr. – are also the founders and organizers of the successful Maine Builders Show that takes place each year in March on the premises.
