Sant Joan de Binissaida
Just outside of Mahon is the renovated 18th C traditional farmhouse, or Lloc as they are called on Menorca. The hotel restaurant is exceptionally good, serving Menorquin cuisine with a modern twist; and they produce their own vegetables in the kitchen gardens. Tasting menus are offered nightly, with a fine selection of wines many local to the island. Recently opened is the L’Envelat, a covered pergola in a private garden, perfect for private parties and events.
