The country roads linking Noank, Mystic and Stonington offer nice biking grounds. Another popular ride is the 22 mile Vineyard Loop, starting from Mystic and taking you to Stonington and Jonathan Edwards Wineries, through N. Stonington Village.

The Landmark Trail is about 7 miles and offers beautiful scenery. Start at Whalers Inn close to the Bascule Bridge in downtown Mystic and travel south on Rte 1, cross the bridge, and head towards River Rd and then N. Stonington Rd.  The Clyde’s Cider Mill - the oldest cider mill in New England – is four miles from the start.

Scenic River Road- running beside the Mystic River - offers terrific water views.
