The main office for Rhodes is at the airport. However flights can be booked via any travel agent downtown.

Olympic Airways fly to Kastellorizo most days during the summer season, and a few times a week there are 2 flights a day-6.45 in the morning and 2.30 in the afternoon. This however, is dependant on the weather. The early morning flight is useful as it tends to be less windy in the early morning and more likely to take off than the afternoon flight.
