Mallorca - East Coast

Where To Stay

This section of the Mallorquin coastline stretches from Alcudia bay to the north all the way down past Punta Salinas to the south; here the mountains of the north give way to rolling hills and lowlands, dented by deep bays and calas. This is a cruising paradise, offering a multitude of well-sheltered anchorages and marinas. Facilities for yachtsmen are well developed, without offsetting the natural beauty of this stretch of coast that remains quintessentially Mediterranean. Clear blue waters, fjord like inlets, and usually, tasteful shore side developments all contribute towards making this area one of the best and most popular cruising grounds in the Balears.

Yacht Insider’s Guide Is Going Digital Only
June 19, 2022

We know, we know…   You loved our yearly printed guides, filled with updated info about your favorite cruising destinations and gorgeous photos from professional photographers.   They were flying off the shelves in marinas, boatyards and marine outlets, all over the harbors we covered.  Many of you were even collecting them, summer after summer.  And it is true that, since the launch of the Yacht Insider’s Guide publication in 2009, whether it was for the French Med, the Balearics Islands or New England, the focus has been on our printed guides.
