The Yacht Club of Porto Colom manages the marina on the north side of the harbour. The berths located on the (more exposed) south side of the main breakwater, overlooking the Port Authority piers, are reserved for visitors.

Set in a large natural bay, Porto Colom remains an attractive stop over along the east coast. The southern section of the harbour of Porto Colom is under the direct management of the Port Authority. Two piers are allocated to visiting yachts; but are very shallow at their inshore ends.

Very scenic small marina set on the right bank of the Cap d’Estoy River, a narrow inlet offering good all round protection. The first pontoons coming from the sea are allocated to visiting yachts; the yacht club is often full in season.
