One of the best fish restaurants on the Côte d’Azur and their bouillabaisse was said to be one of the best in the world! They also have a choice of meat on the menu and their sommelier was said to be very knowledgeable and helpful.
Seriously good produce enhanced by skilful cooking is the key to success of this restaurant, run by the Sordello family since 1948. The service is very caring and efficient and Le Bacon has received regular recognition awards by the most famous Guides such as Michelin and Gault Millaut. Another asset is their terrace with splendid sea view.
