This delightful catering service is run by the charming Tessa Schurink. Thanks to her facility, Tessa can cater for up to 300 guests and all her produce is 'Govt. quality control approved' every 2 weeks. Indeed, she is one of the most popular caterers on the island and delivers to the most demanding clients, creative and delicious fares. Creole, North African, French, Asian… Tessa masterly handles any type of cuisine and her sushis are famous on the whole island! Tessa will also pre-freeze any foods, as required; and just requests a minimum of 24hrs notice for any order (preferably 48hrs). Her services came highly well reviewed to us again last season, by a number of yachts, who couldn't talk well enough of the top quality, delicious food and nice presentation she puts together. Have a look at her website to see her menus, though she can also prepare any ‘a la carte’ buffet, and can deliver directly to the yacht.
