Marina Bas du Fort is really becoming a Captain’s favourite, and past years have seen an ever growing number of Superyachts stopping there and a high return rate. Located close to the international airport, beautiful beaches and a great array of technical and provisioning services, it is the ideal centre point for a stay in Guadeloupe. Nice restaurants and shops can be found within the marina, making it a delightful stay for owners and guests.

They keep on improving the facility and are able to accommodate 20 yachts of 100' LOA stern-to, plus a further 5 up to a maximum of 190' LOA and 16’ draft. Fuel is available from their large alongside fuel dock as well as water and electricity (110, 220 and 380v 3 phase) at each berth; plus wireless internet access. The other asset of the Bas du Fort marina is its wonderful and enthusiastic team, all fluent in English, managed by experienced sailor Philippe Chevallier and Joel Vigier de Latour.

TThey have four dockmasters and 2 tenders to assist the yachts with their dockage. Very flexible and service orientated, they can even organize late night arrival upon prior arrangement. Security guards are on duty 24/7 and the marina is equipped with a 35 ton Travel Lift. The marina is also entering another phase of development now, with large scale investment which will result in a new and larger Superyacht Dock with ISPS compliant security, a large Boatyard, a major Travel Lift haul-out facility and a new free trade 'technical zone' which will focus the marine trades services in one central area.
