Faros Bar

Open from morning until late at night. This bar is one of the main hangouts on the island. The bar is located underneath the lighthouse at the head of the harbour-hence the name Faros!
The building has seats all around overlooking the sea, lots of big umbrellas and sunbeds to chill out and sunbathe.
This bar comes alive late at night when it is very busy with all nationalities and ages. They always play a good selection of music.

Aussie Bar

Open during the day until late at night.
This bar has sunbeds on the harbourside for a relaxing time, but comes awake at night as one of the most popular bars on the island.

Platania / Mediterraneo

Situated on the square at the top of the hill next to the Church of Constantinos and Eleni; this open air restaurant under the eucalypyus trees is better known as Mediterraneo, after the Italian movie, which was filmed on the island.
Very good home cooked Greek food.
This square is the main venue for the Island's festivals-so book a table well in advance during one of these events.
