Zucca Magica

A magical, and absolute ‘must try’ ‘vegetables, eggs and cheese restaurant’ restaurant on the French Riviera. Ideally located along the port. The ‘magic Pumpkin’ has a warm and cozy decoration (a real tribute to the pumpkins) with dim candle light at night and open kitchen. Roman chef Marco Folicaldi offers a delicious cuisine proving that vegetarian cooking can be some of the most imaginative and satisfying of all foods. No menu here, but a delightful five course meal in pure Italian style, changing every days, and using seasonal local market produce.

La Grignotiere

Cappuccino

This is a popular coffee shop chain that can be found all around the island. There are now several cafes and take away stores, all situated in stylish buildings and surroundings. Cafes downtown can be found on the Paseo Maritimo, San Miguel, San Nicolas, Palau March and the Borne. The cafes are well known for their specialist coffees, sandwiches and good snacks. They also have a selection of their own 'chilled out' CDs for sale.

Cafe Pesquero

A very well positioned cafe with a large deck overlooking the fishing harbour next to the La Llonja fish market; great for a drink by the water. Meals are also available, but come in the upper price range.
