Owned and managed by Sarah Baines who has extensive knowledge, with more than 20 years in the yachting industry, a Naval Architecture degree and experience working on yachts in both the Mediterranean and Caribbean. First hand understanding of life on board and covers every facet of the crew placement industry. Makes a point to carry detail personal interviews and checking every reference. Maintains longstanding relationships with many crews, captains and owners, and her office located in Newport Shipyard in a favorite stop for many of them.

International Yacht Crew

Alexandra Berl, originally from Newport, has a unique set of qualifications that set her apart as a Crew Placement Manager. She has lived internationally - speaks English and French – and has a business degree. As a lifelong sailor, her former positions included Newport Shipyard’s Dockmaster and working for leading yachting firms. She knows many Captains and crewmembers personally and has the inside insight to find the right match. She can fill any position and carefully selects her candidates.
