Club Nautico S’Arenal

Situated some 10 Km to the south east of Palma’s main harbour, on the other side of the airport, this marina offers pleasant and secure mooring for yachts of up to 22 meters. The facilities are modern and of good standing, and visitors are welcome. A good choice for those wishing to stay away from the busy Palma harbour, or for smaller yachts looking for haul out facilities. Arenal is a touristy area usually favoured by German visitors.

A yacht club situated close to the end of the airport runway, in the busy touristic suburb of Can Pastilla. Good facilities, close to Palma’s main beach. Phone booking is essential year round. The Club Maritimo also runs a good boatyard offering limited hard standing for boats of up to 60 tons.

Sud Marine Shipyard

A full ‘Refit and Repair’ shipyard for megayachts located close to the recently rejuvenated areas of La Joliette, and the picturesque Old Port of Marseille, with, motorway, high speed rail and air links close by. Can handle everything from major refits and full repaints to minor repairs. Onsite facilities include the repair & maintenance of main and auxiliary engines including: CAT, Deutz, MAN, MTU, Nohab, Pielstick, Wärtsilä. Manager is ???, Emma Henry is in charge of the liaison between the shipyard and the yachts.

Monaco Marine

Monaco Marine Network of 8 shipyards spread along the French Med coast, including La Ciotat, Golfe de St Tropez, Antibes, St Laurent-du-Var, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Monaco and recently Marseille and La Seyne-sur-Mer. Able to maintain, repair or refit yachts of any size, using experienced workforce, qualified contractors and modern equipment. Haul out over 3,000 boats per year in their different sites. All sites are classified by the French Authorities with ‘Port Propre’ label.

Very busy and popular full service shipyard, handling every year a large number of prominent yachts. Located in the well protected harbor of Saint Mandrier sur Mer, in the Bay of Toulon. Part and service center of Couach group, the well known customized yacht builder and after-sales service base for Palmer & Johnson and Heesen Yachts. Offering maintenance, repair and extensive refit of wooden, steel, aluminum and composite yachts up to 50m and 4m draft.

H2X Yachts & Ships

Specialize in high-tech custom new builds and refitting/repair of yachts, survey vessel, working ships and tenders. Full range of yard services including boiler making, welding, piping, composites, structural work, carpentry, cabinet work, mechanical installations and networks, coating and paintwork, electricity and electronics. In-house digital machining and composite department, woodwork department, metal work and mechanical engineering department. Design and engineering department equipped with the most up to date programs in CAD (CATIA V5) and CAM.

Foselev Marine

Located in the protected Bay of Toulon. Provide maintenance and repair/refit services on yachts up to 75m. Specialize in overhauling and carrying out all works on the hull and superstructure. ‘In house’ mechanics, hydraulics, welding/fabrication departments and work with the best sub-contractors for other services. Can perform annual surveys with skilled engineering team; work in association with architects and international classification agencies. ISO 9001 certified by LRQA. Qualified management team, run by experienced director Philippe Larue.

Founded by well-known captains Ben Mennem and Mark Salman. One of the most popular superyacht shipyards in Europe. Specializes in refit, repair and maintenance of high-profile sailing yachts, as well as any yacht from 20 to 150m. As experienced yacht builders, they are particularly skilled on extensive composite works. Can perform pretty much any work and refit service with their own international team of over 70 technicians or with carefully selected sub contractors, including conversion to MCA conformity.

Classic Works

Highly acclaimed shipyard founded by famous yacht designer Butch Dalrymple-Smith and Alex Laird, both known for their passion for yachts and pride in beautifully refined work. Focus is on classic- sail or power- yacht restoration, as well as historic/custom replicas. They also work on modern yachts of all sizes and can undertake any kind of refit, supplying a range of skills including woodwork, metalwork, spar-building, rigging, hardware, painting, varnishing and patternmaking.

Chantier Pasqui

Shipyard located in the enchanting site of Villefranche-sur-Mer, boasts a legendary reputation among many classic yacht owners and captains. Founded by shipwright Gilbert Pasqui, who has over 40 years of experience and represents the 3rd generation of passionate craftsmen. Many of the most magnificent and famous classic yachts have stopped here for major projects. Available for restoration work and repairs, with expertise in classic rigging. Can accommodate yachts up to 30m and 3.8m draft and also specialize in the restoration/repair of Rivas, in conjunction with the builders.
