Le Cellier de Gouverneur – part of the highly recommended ASB group - are purveyors of some of the finest French wines imported into the island of St.Barth’s. Working directly with selected French Domaines enables this company to offer some truly extraordinarily rare wines at attractive tax free prices. Frederic and Thierry - the two enthusiastic wine experts who manage the dockside store - have connections with some of the most prestigious Domaines in France. Carefully selected fine wines are then imported ‘non stop’ in temperature controlled containers, and moved directly into the same temperature controlled warehousing and cellar in St.Barth’s. Their stocks include such vintage items as Domaine de la Romanee – Conti, Georges de Vogue and rare Montrachet classic Burgundys’, Cristal Roederer, Bollinger and Ruinart Champagnes, and Grand Cru Bordeaux such as Chateau Margaux, Paulliac, Lafitte and Rothchild. Catering to all tastes, some of the finest world wines are also offered, as well as a carefully chosen selection of good everyday wines from Italy, Spain, Chile and the USA, along with kosher wines from Israel and France. The selection of fine liquors is equally as impressive, and includes single malt whiskies, vintage cognacs, Grey Goose vodka, tequila, absinthe and local vanilla rum.
