This is one of Martinique’s highlights and may be the most popular and lively restaurant on the island! Ideally located just across the road from Marin Yacht Harbour Marina, this great place is open non stop, 6 days a week (closed Mondays). They serve a delicious choice of creative French Creole cuisine and the menu, written on a black board, changes daily. It also includes home made pizzas and delicious and artistically decorated desserts, especially molten chocolate cake or crepes.

For any yachts in Le Marin or St. Anne, this waterfront restaurant really makes for an enjoyable run ashore. From their lovely waterfront setting, on the beach of Pointe Marin in St.Anne their highly friendly staff serve delicious French / Creole cuisine, in a very pleasant ‘Key West’ ambience.
They specialize in seafood and have live lobsters. Restaurant owner Madi Ouzid came highly recommended again last season, for his helpful approach and friendly service... and we picked up specifically good feedback for their 'Conch Ceviche' and their lobster ‘flambée au rhum’!

This is the Cap Est Lagoon Resort 'restaurant gastronomique' (see 'Hotel / Resorts' section), that came recommended as one of the best on island. To really experience this place, start with a sumptuous cocktail in the super-chic bar lined with black-and-white photographs. In a beautiful setting, excellent innovative cuisine French cuisine with a Caribbean flair can be enjoyed, for a true FWI experience! The menu changes seasonally and the dishes come presented by a bevy of stylish servers.

Snack-bar, located in the heart of the quaint Village Creole in Pointe du Bout. They serve a selection of sandwiches, bruchettas, ‘tartines’, Flams (the French version of pizza) and several tables are available to enjoy their creations on site. The service is non stop. 

This specialist supplier of the finest French wines and grocery products is a place not to be missed while in Martinique. It comes highly recommended to us each year, as one of those perfect little 'dedicated' French stores, that has all the most specific, high quality French products... you could only ever find in France! Chateau Latour vintage wines, Deutz champagne (that cannot be bought anywhere else in Martinique), smoked salmon, caviar, les pelures de Truffes, plus Ediard and Valette products.

This heavenly hideaway, located in the country hillside of Le Francois, on the Atlantic coast is one of the nicest hotel / guest houses in Martinique. They have recently undergone a complete transformation, and the existing accommodations in Creole cases (cottages), painted red, purple, and subtle earth tones, have been enlarged, soundproofed, completely refurnished, and given updated bathrooms and terraces that maximize the glorious sea view.

People come from as far as Cannes to enjoy the unique cuisine and atmosphere of this fabulous restaurant. Perched above San Remo on a country road, a big mushroom shaped ceramic is the landmark for the entrance. In the rustic atmosphere of an old farm house, the most incredible meals, based on mushrooms of all variety will be served. Just sit and enjoy an endless selection of dishes brought to the table... omelettes, pasta, risotto, marinated, or fried mushroom, each one being a surprise, and all delicious!

One of the best vegetarian restaurants in the French Med, located downtown, a short walk from the harbours. Highly acclaimed by both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Creative and satisfying dishes, beautifully presented. Use of organic, local and super fresh ingredients. Very welcoming owner, excellent value, romantic and trendy ambiance. A must stop while in Corsica!

Offers traditional high class Corsican and Mediterranean cuisine in a superb setting. Excellent service and presentation. Very romantic at night. Lunch & dinner.
