We've had an incredible yachting season here in Maine! Sunny skies, great breezes and warm temperatures have brought a lot of boaters to our beautiful coastline in mid-coast Maine. We'll soon enter one of the best times of year for cruising -- autumn -- so we hope our great weather brings us another month of great boating.

News from Lyman Morse

We welcome Fall to Thomaston and Camden, Maine. It was a fantastic summer! The Camden Classics Cup and Owners' Reunion were certainly highlights. Our docks were full and summer refit work was brisk.   Amidst it all, we began construction on a project. We have been collaborating with Paul Waring and Bob Stephens for years, and are excited to work on our first new construction project together. The owner chose Lyman-Morse as the builder for our expertise in systems engineering and installation plus our attention to detail and responsiveness to owners' requests.

St Barths

Each spring, the world’s most impressive sailing yachts congregate on the stunning Caribbean island of St Barths to compete in a highly competitive regatta. The St Barths Bucket is a highlight of the regatta calendar and this year takes place from 17th-20th March. The regatta is one of the most popular sailing events in the Caribbean and is renowned for its fun and competitive but relaxed atmosphere, which attracts sailing enthusiasts from all over the world.

2014 Monaco Yacht Show

The 24th edition of the Monaco Yacht Show was a huge success and bigger than ever with 115 yachts on display inside the Port Hercule, ranging from 80ft to over 300ft. Hundreds of yachts at anchor in the harbor were also open for viewing. Over 500 companies including topnotch yacht designers, shipyards, yacht brokers, superyacht services and suppliers displayed their high quality products to 33,000 select visitors.
